About Me

Why Photography?

Since I was a child, I have kindled a passion for photography that has since blossomed  into an ever-evolving affinity for all that can be produced by the lens of a camera. Between photography and video production I am able to capture moments in a way that can be cherished forever. Between capturing the intimate moments of people's lives, as well as providing them with tangible relics of memories they want to preserve for years to come, and having the ability to effectively tell stories that are important and should be acknowledged/learned from, I am blissful to be behind the camera and preserve life in all its beauty and wonder through my eyes, thereby my lens.

What Means the Most

For as long as I can remember, I have harbored a deep fascination and affinity for the environment and all that is ecologically-friendly. From spending hours getting lost in the woods behind my childhood home to roaming the coastline of the magical Jersey Shore, I have always loved the planet Earth and all that she has to offer. Around the age of 10, I attended the National Youth Scholar's Program for Environmental Science in Washington, D.C. during the summer - this was the first time I saw how harmful the impact of human's actions can be upon the planet Earth. Since then, I have strived to incorporate environmental awareness as well as friendliness in all that I do. I believe in taking nothing but pictures and time, and leaving nothing but footprints wherever I go. After all, it is up to you to be the change you wish to see - and small acts, when performed by millions of people, can transform the world.

Lessons Learned

I have found so far during my time here on Earth that some of the best teachers are found in the most unlikely places. These are some of the lessons I have learned.

- Never fear opening yourself up to others and the world around you. You never know how much someone else needs or is looking for the unique qualities that you have to offer.

- When you turn to face the sun, the shadows fall behind you.

- There is certain magic in seeing the world through the eyes of a child, in all its beauty and wonder.
